EXPRESCUT
The EXPRESCUT series is the successor of
the Ergocut torch series. The updated and
further improved plasma cutting torches
come in a new design that features a new
safety switch.
The range of EXPRESCUT torches covers a
wide field of applications, from 20 to 150
Amps for machines with and without high frequency
ignition. The EXPRESCUT offers a
wide range of connectors that fit most machines
currently on the market.
Handling
The new EXPRESCUT handle has been designed to make the cutting
easier and less tiring while allowing the fine control for precision cutting.
The well-placed position of the grip area and trigger also mean the
operator’s hand is exposed to less heat during use.
Usability and safety
Start cutting by simply sliding and then pressing the trigger. The safety switch control mechanism has been designed to ensure easy, comfortable, and safe use of the torch.
Comfort and ergonomy
Ergonomic ball-joint makes cutting easier.
The connection between the cable and the handle is supported by ball joints which allows a unique freedom of movement during cutting. The ball joint protects the electrical connection and improves the life of the cable.
